The Intensive Training Programme for Tribal Students on Science & Technology took place at Warangal Regional Science Centre (RSC) of Telangana State Council of Science and Technology in association with Vignan Prasar of Union Ministry of Science and Technology.
As many as 100 students of eighth to tenth standards from more than 70 government schools across the State were trained on various topics covering space science, biotechnology, information technology, physical, chemical science and mathematics.
The students were also taken on exposure visits to NIT Warangal and Kakatiya Medical College to create knowledge on various branches of medical sciences and engineering streams.
